1. General Policy

Featured upgrades and search placement slots are instantly provisioned. Therefore, monthly and quarterly subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

2. 30-Day Annual Plan Guarantee

We stand by our service. For any 12-month (Annual) Subscription plan, users are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase if they are unsatisfied with the exposure.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience any billing issues, please contact us first. Disputing transactions or initiating chargebacks without contacting support may result in account termination.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current cycle.
